Konstantin Aravossis is Professor in the Department of Industrial Management and Operational Research, School of Mechanical Engineering, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He graduated from the Technical University of Aachen, Germany, and completed his postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom, where he received an MBA from the Imperial College and then his Ph.D. (Dr.-Eng) from the NTUA.  He is the Secretary General for Natural Environment and Water at the Greek Ministry for Environment and Energy. Prof. Aravosis is the Head of the Environmental Economics and Sustainability Research Unit.
