Business Process Reengineering for  the Attikon General Hospital's Pharmacy

The project included the recording and analysis of the procedures involved in the pharmacy department of the hospital, their modeling using the ARIS10 business process modeling architecture, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the procedures and the formulation of proposals for their improvement in order to better serve the patients and clinics and reduce the unnecessary use of hospital resources.
