Development of a Detailed Production Scheduling Information System for a Safty Lock Manufacturer (DOMUS)

The project concerned the design and development of a factory production planning system of a job shop. It is a detailed short-term scheduling system of production orders which was integrated with the MRP software and the ERP system of the company. It included the formulation of an original method (algorithm) for detailed planning of production adapted to the Greek industrial production of metal products.
