Optimization of the Routing & Measurement Process of Greece's Water Supplier (EYDAP)

The project concerned the redesign of the routing and measurements conducting process of EYDAP S.A. using a routing information system. The system implemented specific Operational Research algorithms  selected based on their suitability for the specific needs of the company. The project included both the design of the routing process and its sub-processes, as well as the organizational planning for its effective implementation.
