Organization and Support for the Implementation of SAP ERP Information System in the Hellenic Petroleum Company

This is a series of projects implemented at HELLENIC PETROLEUM, which were related to the implementation of the SAP ERP information system both in terms of project management and business process management  and the necessary adaptation between system functionality and operational operation.

 

A series of actions were carried out such as: preparation of specifications and tender documents for the selection of SAP software implementation consultant, support of the ERP implementation project management, risk management of implementation, documentation of business processes, planning and implementation of ERP user training.
