Business Process Management for a Furniture Manufacturer (NEOSET) to Redesign and Upgrade the Information Systems

The project concerned the study of all business processes, organizational structure and information systems of the Company production of Wood Products and Furniture NEOSET. A customized modeling method was used, based on the needs of the business which was an adaptation of the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) method. The project resulted in a series of proposals for process improvement, organizational changes in production and logistics as well as proposals for changes in the company's IT systems.
