Evaluation of the SAP Information System's Operation at the Hellenic Railways Organisation (OSE)

These are a series of projects, which concerned the assessment  of the state of the ERP SAP information system  in OSE and the identification of problem areas that could subsequently be improved. An audit  was also carried out iduring the project concerning the implementation of the integrated information system previously carried out by a contractor in relation to the agreed contractual requirements .
