Participating in the 51st Annual Food Science and Technology Conference

We are proud to announce that our team has successfully participated in the 51st Annual Food Science and Technology Conference in Teagasc Food Research Centre, Ashtown in Dublin on December 6th-7th 2023, hosted by the Institute of Food Science and Technology of Ireland, in collaboration with Teagasc.

On December 7th we presented our research, conducted as part of the WATSON project, entitled "A Digital Technology-Based Framework For Preventing Fraud in Agri-Food Supply Chains". The link for our presentation can be found at:

During the conference, research and innovation activities addressing the global food system were highlighted over two days, with leading international invited speakers bringing a global view to the theme.


The conference themes included:
