Business Process Management for a Wood Product Manufacturer (SHELMAN) for Redesigning, Implementing IT Systems and Organizing Production Processes
These are a series of projects implemented in SHELMAN S.A., which, having as a central axis the management of business processes, included a series of initiatives of organization, reorganization and continuous improvement,such as: the analysis of logistics procedures for the configuration of specifications for the implementation of an ERP system,the support ofthe process of selecting the ERP system and its implementation contractor,the management of the implementation project of the SAP ERP system, the organization of the production areas (shop floor),the redesign of the production and procurement processes , the design and organization of an equipment maintenance system with emphasis on preventive maintenance, the cost management of products, the implementation of a content management system for the management of business processes, the recording of organizational roles and the formation of systemic roles and access rights to the ERP software.
