Development of a Web Information System for Benchmarking and Evaluation of Public Services

The project concerned the development of an information system that enhances the evaluation of public organizations' services through the recording of processes and the formulation of performance measures and benchmarking of each process. The recording and modelling of business processes became the BPMN 2.0  method. The result was a tool for benchmarking and improving public services from the perspective of the customer (citizens and businesses) but also from the point of view of the Administration. The project was implemented with the collaboration of IT companies and public bodies:  ASG, Municipality of Maroussi, Digital Cities of Central Greece.
